Hot-Smoked Salmon

Our artisanal, small-batch, hot-smoked salmon is available at our cafe daily.

Our salmon is Manuka hot-smoked, Manuka honey-glazed. We'll add flavour profiles as demand increases. 

If we're out of stock at the cafe - we do apologise in advance. Demand fluctuates and fish is a highly perishable item.  Feel free to text us to make sure we have some in stock - 026 650 6049

CSA(SF)  =  Community Supported Artisan (Smoked Fish) 

We love the idea of regular weekly salmon delivery to neighbourhoods that want to support our artisanal endeavours. 

We currently deliver from time to time to the following neighbourhoods: 
 
- Westmere &
- Freeman's Bay

Email or text us if you'd like to help us create one in your neighbourhood or to be included on existing group deliveries.

If you and your friends gather 10+ orders of 200gm - we'll arrange a group delivery to your neighbourhood. 

Facebook groups are a good way to organise these but many groups don't allow business posts, so you may have ask your neighbours if they're interested (on our behalf... we'll take care of the delivery details!)

* Advance pre-orders:  order by Friday and we'll prepare your order for the following week - orders are usually ready by the following Friday: info@twcp.co.nz

* Smoking schedule: we smoke at least once per week and immediately vacuum-seal the salmon to extend shelf life. 

* Where to pickup:  our cafe is at 29 Daventry St, Waterview - open 7am - 1pm weekdays & 8am - 2pm weekends

* Free Delivery: see above regarding the neighbourhood group deliveries we're working on  - but get in touch if you plan to spend $150+ (approx 1kg)  - we may be able to do deliver.
