Hot-Smoked Salmon (~200gm)

Manuka-smoked, Manuka Honey & Black Pepper glazed salmon.

We smoked at least once per week and immediately vacuum-seal the salmon to extend shelf life. 

Right now we aren't offering home delivery.  

You can swing by our cafe every day to grab freshly hot-smoked, vacuum-sealed salmon.  Our cafe is at 29 Daventry St, Waterview - open until 12 noon weekdays, until 2pm weekends

We're currently working on building some grouped delivery options. 

First-up we're delivering weekly to WESTMERE for pick-up at 6.30pm Thursday evenings.  We try to be extras if you want to chance us having some but we do advise emailing us with your order so we bring enough salmon for you!
